Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- This website is operated by Seeconnell Saddlery Workshop, the terms “the business”, “we”, “us” and “Seeconnell Saddlery”, “Seeconnell Saddlery Workshop & Equine Laundry” refer to Seeconnell Saddlery Workshop.
- Please read these terms carefully other wise we will deem that they have been accepted and you fully agree to comply with our terms of service.
- Our goal is to wash, reproof, repair, and/or supply items in accordance with the customer’s instructions and the manufacturer’s recommended laundry guidelines. However, we accept no responsibility for any shrinkage or damage to rugs, including the waterproof coatings on turnout rugs.
- We require a deposit from new customers, this will vary depending on the volume of work to be carried out.
- All items are to be paid in full on collection or prior to delivery.
- Rugs will not be delivered until paid in full
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time due to material and fuel costs changing.
- Any rugs we receive we will wash, reproof, repair and/or supply items in accordance with customer or persons instructions and in accordance with the items manufacturers recommended laundry instructions.
- We will only repair and reproof rugs that have been washed on our premises.
- We do not accept any liability for goods in our service or goods supplied, nor for customers or individuals entering the business premises.
- While Seeconnell Saddlery Workshop & Equine Laundry cannot guarantee any specific outcome, timeframe, or level of repair/service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, it is committed to consistently upholding its very high standards at all times.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rugs left on our premises without prior notice or prior arrangement to secure a drop-off time.
