Our Turnaround times vary

We aim to have rugs back to you within 10 – 14 days, at peak times this will be longer.

We advise getting turnouts to us as soon as Spring/Summer comes, once October arrives there is less likelihood of getting rugs washed and dried quickly

We reserve the right to refuse any item for washing, reproofing & repair

Rugs are to be paid in full on collection, we accept:

• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Cash
• Unfortunately we do not accept Cheques

Any items unpaid for after 2 Months will be sold to cover our costs

Our Process

• Wash Turnouts in Nikwax® Rug wash – Stable rugs, Saddlecloths and Numnahs are washed in a skin-friendly non bio soap
• Air dried outside or in winter we use our drying room
• Check for repairs as needed or as instructed
• Reproofing if requested – Our Reproofing process is done by hand, we have found this to be superior to adding reproofer to the machine cycle.
• Folded and tagged

Our care for the environment is always foremost in our day to day activities

we try to be as eco-friendly as possible by:

• not using plastic bags unless supplied by customers – we encourage you to use the re-usable zippy rug bags that many rugs are sold in.
• We try to use the least amount of mains water possible – our machines are programmed to efficiently measure the water used in each wash
• Where possible we use collected rainwater to carry out an initial pre wash treatment
• Using NikWax® products – they are biodegradable and not harmful to human health unlike other chemicals used in the industry
